All Cordless is located in a small town in Western Massachusetts and we deal with distributors from the East Coast to the West Coast. We purchase from a variety of distributors depending on availability and pricing and we are always trying to find the best products to bring to the web. Our web-site has been up for over 6 years and as it continues to grow it has proven very successful for us. The name All Cordless originated from our business selling only cordless power tools but has now expanded. We now sell over 200 major brands of Power, Air, Electronic, Yard and Garden and Hand Tools along with many accessories. We ship directly from the warehouse to you so we are able to bring a larger variety of tools to our customers. The web-site has about 3500 of our most asked for tools and accessories listed but we have access to over 100,000 products of which about 5,000 are always in stock. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE
- Product availability of 2-3 days to ship - Are generally stocked items.
- Product availability of more than 3 days to ship - are usually non-stock items and the ship times are based on average order fulfillment times from the various Manufacturers.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK
We try to make sure that every tool posted on our sight is available. Any exceptions to this are explained on the specific product page. In the event it is not in stock, we e-mail our customer to explain how long the estimated wait will be. Until the order ships our customers can cancel at any time subject to the terms explained under "Can I cancel my order". Once the order ships the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Most in stock products will ship the next day. Non-stock items ship according to the Expected ship time on each item page. See availability above. UPS does not ship on weekends so any orders placed on Friday after 1pm - Sunday will not ship until Monday.
HOW DO I CHECK ON MY ORDER
When you place your order, updates to the status of your order are periodically sent by e-mail... Confirmation of order, When it will ship, and notification that it has shipped. You can check on your order at any time by e-mail request. When your order is shipped you are sent a UPS tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY PURCHASE
Do to the fact that our orders ship from many locations, Returns Must Have an RGA Return Authorization before returning any product to us.
Products may be returned unused in original packaging and in resalable condition for 15 Days from delivery date. Special order items may have a restocking fee. Please contact All Cordless at sales@all-cordless.com for a return RMA number.
NOTE:If the product is found to be defective we will pay the charges to ship a new one.
- All in-stock items can be Returned with no restocking fee.
- All non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee and varies from 10% - 20% depending on the Manufacturer.
- If order is canceled after shipment, customer is responsible for all shipping and restocking fees.
- Most items that are listed as longer than an Availability of 2-3 days to ship are not stocked items and may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All Cordless will pay all shipping charges that may accrue during returns of any defective product. Any new product found to be defective can be returned for 14 days. After the 14 day period, products would fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact ALL-CORDLESS at help@all-cordless.com for instructions and an RMA number for return of the product. Any product that fails during manufacturers warranty, please contact manufacturer. If you need help contacting manufacturer visit our manufacturer contact page or Fax, Phone, or E-Mail ALL-CORDLESS and we will try to help you address the problem. Any appropriate refunds will be issued.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED
We use an automated real time UPS shipping calculator for determining shipping costs. It is not fool proof, it calculates by weight only. UPS calculates by a combination of weight and package size. We may have to make adjustments to shipping charges before shipping either up or down. Any adjustments up by more than $3.00 will not be made without first getting approval from the customer. Any reduction in charges will be deducted before shipping. (Yes we really do give it back if its in your favor)
The standard shipping method is UPS GROUND. We offer faster methods if wanted but with the weight of some tools this can become expensive.Third, Second day and Overnight shipping charges may not show when you place your order. Because anyone who orders these shipping methods wants fast delivery we will not call before shipment. If you want to know the charges before shipment, place a request in the comment box of your order. NOTE: charges by these methods can be very high.
All Tool shipments will be sent through UPS. UPS only ships Monday - Friday so any orders placed after Friday 1pm - Sunday will not ship before Monday. Both shippers require a Physical Street Address, we can not ship to P.O. Box's.
NOTE: The shipping software can only calculate for the 48 continental states. All other locations will have the shipping added when UPS or FED-EX give us the charges. Any unusual or large shipping charges will not be added without first contacting our customer for approval.
Canadian Shipments - Please use UPS Standard to Canada as your shipping option.
WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED
Any damage to tool orders during shipment should be addressed to the UPS web-site or call 1-800-742-5677. Or the web-site for FED-EX or call 1-800-463-3339 then hold the merchandise, container, and packaging until told otherwise by UPS or FED-EX..
I CAN'T FIND WHAT I WANT, CAN I SPECIAL ORDER
All-Cordless has access to any cordless or corded tool made by all major manufactures. Many unusual or high priced tools are not stocked by us or our distributors but can be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Any customer can E-Mail a model number or type of product that they are trying to find. We will respond in 24 hours or less with availability and pricing. WHY DO YOU LIST A TOOL THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE.
The tool manufactures change models and prices frequently and often with little or no notice. Even our distributors do not always know a tool is discontinued. We continue to list discontinued tools until all of our distributors have sold out their inventory. We try to keep everything up to date but sometimes this is not possible. If a product you order is found to be discontinued or unavailable we will offer you the newer model at the same price as the old model.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Any order can be canceled that has not shipped. Contact us at sales@all-cordless.com and we will stop the shipment.

WHAT IS BATTERY MEMORY
When a battery is recharged it develops a type of "memory". If the battery still has 1/2 of a charge left when it is recharged it tends to remember this and the next time it needs a larger charge it may not recharge fully. The best cure is to fully decharge batteries before recharging. Most manufactuers now feature "no memory" batteries that do not have this problem.
WHAT DO THE TYPES OF BATTERY POWER MEAN
AH...(amp/hour)...is a measurment of how long a battery charge will last. 3 AH Batteries will last 1.5 times as long as 2 AH Batteries and weigh about the same.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT VOLTAGE OF CORDLESS TOOL TO BUY
When purchasing a cordless tool it is important to balance the Power, Weight, and Job for the tool. With cordless power tools the weight can some times be a factor, so the most powerful is not always the best answer. Battery voltage is acquired by stringing 1.2 volt batteries together. 1.2volts x 8 = 9.6volts, 1.2volts x 15 = 18volts, ect. The average handyman will likely be happy choosing 9.6v to 14.4volts.
24volts---used generally by professionals that need extended use times of 40% more than 18v and extreme power. Some models can be plugged into normal power with an adaptor.
18volts---again used where long use and heavy load is required but is somewhat lighter.
14.4volts---considered to be the best mix of weight, power, and versatility for most at work or at home jobs.
12volts---has a good blend of power to weight for many daily applications
9.6volts---Usually 15% smaller and 20% lighter make these excellent for maintenance work.
Less Than 9.6volts---Power is usually limited to very light duty maintenance and projects.
Lithium-Ion Batteries
Lithium-ion batteries have several advantages:
They have a higher energy density than most other types of rechargeables. This means that for their size or weight they can store more energy than other rechargeable batteries. They also operate at higher voltages than other rechargeables, typically about 3.7 volts for lithium-ion vs. 1.2 volts for NiMH or NiCd. This means a single cell can often be used rather than multiple NiMH or NiCd cells.
Lithium-ion batteries also have a lower self discharge rate than other types of rechargeable batteries. This means that once they are charged they will retain their charge for a longer time than other types of rechargeable batteries. NiMH and NiCd batteries can lose anywhere from 1-5% of their charge per day, (depending on the storage temperature) even if they are not installed in a device. Lithium-ion batteries will retain most of their charge even after months of storage.
So in summary; lithium-ion batteries can be smaller or lighter, have a higher voltage and hold a charge much longer than other types of batteries. Lithium-Ion battery packs are slowly becoming the future standard for all cordless power tools
